These terms govern your use of orikin.ai and of any ORIKIN service made available to you. By using the site or the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

ORIKIN is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Where these terms refer to “we”, “us” or “ORIKIN”, they refer to that entity. Where they refer to “you”, they refer to the individual or organisation using the site or the service.
You may read, share and reference this site freely. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or extract its content by automated means at a rate that degrades it for others.
Responsible security research is welcome. Please follow the disclosure process published at /.well-known/security.txt rather than testing against live systems without notice.
The ORIKIN agent answers calls and messages on your behalf, within limits you configure. You decide what it knows, what it is permitted to do, and when it must hand over to a person.
You remain responsible for the instructions you give it and for the content of the knowledge you supply. We are responsible for operating the platform that carries them out.
Use of the service is subject to the Prohibited Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. Breaching it may result in suspension.
Data processed by the agent on your behalf remains yours. We process it as your processor, under the terms of the Data Processing Addendum, and we do not use it to train models for other customers.
Data collected by this website is a separate matter and is described in the Privacy Policy.
The platform, the site, and everything we publish on it remain ours. Your content, your configuration and your brand remain yours. Neither side acquires rights in the other’s material by using the service.
We work to keep the service running continuously, and we will tell you about planned maintenance in advance. Outside a written service level agreement, the service is provided as it stands and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Figures, dashboards, transcripts, customer names and case studies shown on this website are illustrative demonstrations, not records of real accounts, and should not be read as performance guarantees.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or data. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid by you for the service in that period.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, where the law requires it, or where continued operation would put other customers at risk. On termination we will return or delete your data as set out in the Data Processing Addendum.
These terms may change as the service develops. Material changes will be notified in advance to customers, and the date below records the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
