Several privacy laws, California’s among them, give people the right to direct a business to stop selling or sharing their personal information, and require that the right be easy to find. This page is that link. It exists so the statement can be verified rather than assumed.
We have not sold personal information, and we have not shared it for cross-context behavioural advertising, in the preceding twelve months. We have no plans to.
That covers “sale” in the broad sense those laws use — disclosure for anything of value, not only for money.
The site carries no advertising, no marketing tags and no third-party analytics. The measurement code is a single file served from this domain, and it sends data only to this domain.
Visitors are counted with a one-way hash that is re-keyed every night, so there is no durable identifier to pass to anyone even if we wanted to. This is not a policy sitting on top of a tracking stack; there is no tracking stack underneath it.
Where the ORIKIN agent handles conversations for a business, that business is the controller of the data and we act as its processor under the Data Processing Addendum. We do not sell or share that data either, and we do not use it to train models serving other customers.
If you spoke with an agent operated by one of our customers and want your data removed, the fastest route is to contact that business directly. Contact us and we will refer you to them and let them know.
Open your browser’s developer tools on any page of this site and watch the network panel. Every request goes to orikin.ai. Then check storage: no cookies, no local storage, no session storage.
