What is ORIKIN?

ORIKIN is an AI agent that runs a business's entire front office. It answers every call and message the moment it arrives, sells, books, follows up, files tickets and wins customers back — inside rules the business sets. It works across phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, email and the web, in the business's own voice.

ORIKIN is built by Akil Ahamed and is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What does ORIKIN actually do?

ORIKIN handles the jobs a front office is asked to do: it answers calls and messages on the first ring, takes and changes bookings, answers questions about products and prices, replies to comments and DMs on social media, sends payment links, gives order and delivery status, files and sorts tickets by urgency, and follows up with customers who went quiet.

It also reads photos a customer sends — a cracked screen, a damaged item, a meter reading — and resolves the case from the image rather than making the customer fill in a form.

Which channels does ORIKIN work on?

ORIKIN works on telephone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, email and web chat. It is the same agent on all of them, with the same memory of the customer, so a conversation that starts as an Instagram comment can continue on WhatsApp without the customer repeating themselves.

What languages does ORIKIN speak?

ORIKIN speaks 25+ languages on telephone calls and 95+ in messaging. On a call it will notice a caller struggling in English, ask which language they would prefer, and carry on in theirs mid-conversation — without a transfer, a queue or a callback.

Does ORIKIN pretend to be a human?

No. ORIKIN says what it is on the first line of every call and every chat, in the customer's own language. Nobody has to work it out, and nobody finds out afterwards. This is a fixed rule, not a setting a business can switch off.

Can ORIKIN speak in my own voice?

Yes. Record a few minutes and ORIKIN speaks in your own voice, or you can choose a preset one. Either way you set how warm, how formal and how playful it sounds. A business can hold up to four custom voices, and each one stays that business's own and is never shared.

How is ORIKIN different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. ORIKIN completes the job. It takes the booking, edits the order, sends the payment link, files the ticket and does the follow-up a week later — and it does that on a phone call as readily as in a chat window.

It also remembers. ORIKIN knows the customer who called last month, what they bought and what went wrong, so the next conversation starts where the last one ended.

Does ORIKIN remember customers?

Yes. ORIKIN keeps a memory of each customer — who they are, what they ordered, what was promised and how it went — and uses it to answer faster and follow up unprompted. That memory lives inside the business's own tenant and never makes another business's agent smarter.

What happens when ORIKIN cannot handle something?

ORIKIN escalates to a person. Each business sets the limits, the approvals and the point at which the agent must stop and wake a human. In healthcare, for example, an urgent symptom is routed to a person in seconds; in financial services, every judgement call goes to an adviser.

Which industries is ORIKIN built for?

ORIKIN ships knowing five industries on day one: travel, transportation and hospitality; retail and e-commerce; healthcare; real estate and property; and financial services. It is the same agent in each — what changes is the jobs it already knows, the words it uses, the things it must never say, and where it stops and fetches a person.

What if my industry is not on the list?

ORIKIN can be taught any trade. You teach it the way you would teach a new hire: tell it what you sell, what your policies are, what the exceptions are and the rules it can never break. It knows from the next conversation onward.

How do I update ORIKIN when prices or policies change?

You tell it, in plain language. Teach Mode lets a business update its agent by talking to it — say what changed and it applies from the next conversation. There is no form to fill in, no rules engine to configure and no ticket to raise with a vendor.

How long does ORIKIN take to set up?

ORIKIN Cloud is live in hours. There are four steps: connect your number and channels, shape how it sounds and behaves, teach it what a new hire would need to know, then let it run. There is nothing to install and nothing to maintain.

Can ORIKIN run on our own servers?

Yes. ORIKIN On-premise runs on your own servers, inside your walls, air-gapped if your rules require it — with the same agent, the same dashboard and the same guardrails as the cloud version. It runs in whichever country your rules require.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Nothing a customer says to an ORIKIN agent is used to train a model — not ORIKIN's, not anyone else's, not now and not later. Products, prices and business knowledge are never pooled with another business, and no other agent can read them.

Conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest, and a business can export or erase everything, transcripts included, on request.

Does ORIKIN sell or share data?

No. ORIKIN does not sell, broker or share customer data — not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to partners. There is no plan or tier where that changes.

What does the trial cost?

The trial is free. Businesses taking part pay nothing, there is no card required and there is nothing to install — setup is handled by ORIKIN. A trial can be paused or stopped at any time.

General pricing is not published yet. It will depend on the channels connected, the languages needed and whether the deployment runs in ORIKIN Cloud or on your own servers.

Is ORIKIN available now?

The free pilot programme is open. Businesses can apply through the site, and each pilot is set up directly rather than through self-service signup.
