A pilot is a time-boxed evaluation run on your real channels with your real customers. These terms apply for its duration and sit alongside the Terms of Service. Where the two differ, these take precedence for the pilot period.
Effective 1 August 2026
A pilot exists to answer one question: does this work on your business, on your traffic, in your voice? It runs on live channels, because an evaluation against synthetic traffic answers nothing worth knowing.
Each pilot is agreed in writing before it begins and records the channels in scope, the volume expected, the success measures, the named contacts on both sides, and the start and end dates. Anything outside that document is outside the pilot.
Every pilot defines the cases the agent must not resolve alone. It escalates rather than guesses, and the escalation path is agreed before launch, not discovered during it.
Pilot data is customer data. It is processed under the Data Processing Addendum, it is not used to train models serving other customers, and it is exportable and deletable throughout.
Each side will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only for the pilot. That obligation survives the pilot.
We will not name you as a customer, quote you, or publish results from your pilot without your written agreement.
A pilot carries no service level agreement unless one is agreed in writing. We monitor it actively and respond quickly, but a pilot is an evaluation, and it should not be positioned as your only route of contact for a channel you cannot afford to lose.
Pilot fees, if any, are set out in the pilot document. Where a pilot is provided at no charge, that does not create an entitlement to continued free use after it ends.
Either side may end a pilot on written notice. At the end, the agent is switched off on the agreed date, you receive a final export, and pilot data is deleted on the schedule in the Data Processing Addendum unless you convert to a paid agreement.
Converting is a decision, not a default. Nothing continues automatically.
